The room is only available for one person (no couples, kids, families).
You will need 4-wheel drive on snowy/icy days.
Share house with a working career professional in her mid-40s and one indoor dog.
It's a very chill and peaceful place and looking to keep in that way.
Large house and lots of room to spread out.
You'll have a bathroom that is primarily yours.
It will just be used by guests on occasion.
