Hello, I am seeking a housemate for my 3bd 1 bath house on the east side of Madras.
There is one room available and there will be some overlap with an additional roommate and their two cats.
Rate includes utilities.
The house is really nice ranch style, recently rehabbed and in a peaceful part of town.
Amenities include a shop with power (currently storage), Washer/dryer in the house and a decent back yard.
There will be a background check and I do ask for first and last months rent at the signing of a lease in place of a deposit.
The lease is month to month.
But if for some reason you wanted different terms I am flexible.
