The bedroom is located on the first floor.
The house is located in the new housing development in Madras Oregon.
Rent includes all utilities, 1gb a sec internet, use of the laundry room, use of the kitchen.
The kitchen you will have spaces available to store your kitchen utensils, plates, cups or cooking items.
Feel free to use our stuff if you don’t have these items.
On- street parking available.
The house is a smart house, to gain access you will have to store your fingerprint to gain access as well as access to your room.
You also get use of the two family rooms, first and second floor have smart TVs and seating.
You will need renters insurance to move in as well as showing us your renters insurance monthly.
This is to protect yourself as well as us.
Certain pets allowed, that can be discussed.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house.
The house has central AC as well as heating.
Move in is first and last months as well as a $300 security deposit refundable unless smoking of any kind happens within the home at which time the security deposit will not be refunded.
Your bathroom will have a cleaning service who comes twice a month to clean the houses bathrooms, this cost isn’t part of your rent, we pay this as a thank you for staying with us.
The room is 10 by 12 feet.
