$430 Discounts while fixing,Small RV,Electrical (oregon coast)

Do you have electrical and Fix-It skills or know people who do? Major remodeling needed to bring a 3 bedroom house back.
My family will probably want to keep at least one bedroom for a number of years but we probably won't be around much.
In North Bend walking distance to post office.
There may be room to park a small rv.
There's a somewhat large backyard that I believe gets good sunshine.
The electric meter was removed a number of years ago so there are hurdles for actual home occupancy and I haven't had time to do research yet.
Also THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS NUMEROUS BLOCKS EAST OF WHAT CRAIGSLIST MAP currently SHOWS.
Plumbing may be challenging but hopefully not.
Still overgrown currently but we've made LOTS of progress.
We have started hugelkulture swales, but not well formed yet, lol.
We'd love to collaborate on creating a small food forest etc.
