UTILTIES INCLUDED, FURNISHED, FLEXIBLE RENTAL OPTIONS
I’m a traveler in the medical field meaning gone for months at a time.
In the past year I havent been home at all.
I am very flexible with multiple rental options, and willing to work with different circumstances on a case by case basis.
With that said this post is for the furnished master bedroom suite with flexible renting options.
The Master has a very luxurious private bathroom with walk-in shower, stand along soaking tub, 2 sinks, and spacious walk-in closet.
LAYOUT:
There is the master bedroom/bath on one side of the house with another 2 unfurnished bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the house.
You truly feel like you have the house to yourself.
The foyer kitchen, dining, and living room separate the spaces.
You will have complete access to kitchen and living room.
LIVING SITUATION:
One of the two unfurnished bedrooms is rented to a gentlemen in his mid 20s working as an electrician at FB and usually gone all the time.
I may or may not rent out the second unfurnished room.
It is a brand new 1,930 sqft 3 br/2 bath house with high end finishes located in Prineville.
Large privacy fenced in back yard to soak in the morning rays.
The common spaces are also fully furnished including everything you need for the kitchen.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and everything within it.
I just ask that you treat my belongings with respect and return in as good a condition as ya found them.
I have worked hard for what I have and hope ya understand.
Me personally I love the smaller town vibe that I can literally walk to my fav coffee places, food truck courts, breweries, and other own social venues.
Yet only a 30min drive from other amenities in Bend and Redmond.
It's so nice how there are hiking trails close by including Smith Rock which is only 15min away.
