*Position Overview*
Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in Parts Shipping & Receiving at our Prineville, Oregon facility.

*OBJECTIVE*
To assist the Triad Machinery branch in all aspects of parts sales/returns to internal and external customers.
*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
· Answer incoming parts phone calls
· Field parts calls, take parts orders and invoice parts sales
· Assist manager with appropriate parts stocking levels
· Help ship and receive parts, maintain the parts warehouse in an organized manner
· Purchase and process emergency parts orders
· Work with the Service Department on requisition orders
· Ensure parts are charged or credited to the proper job and segment
· Ensure parts are in the proper position for Service Department and Service Trucks
*EDUCATION*
· High School Diploma or GED required
*EXPERIENCE*
· Sales experience is preferred
· Heavy equipment experience is a plus
· Customer service experience is a plus
*KNOWLEDGE*
· Proficient use of computer systems
· Mechanical knowledge is a plus
*SKILLS & ABILITIES*
· Attention to detail

· Lift: Worker will lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis, over that with assistance of tools
· Carry: Worker will carry up to 25 lbs on occasion.
· Bend/Stoop: Worker will bend/stoop on occasion.
· Sitting: 50% of time with time to get up as needed.
· Kneel: Worker will need to kneel occasionally, to access low parts
· Stand/Walk: 50% of time and move about while working.
· Fine Manipulation/Fingering: Needed to complete paperwork, and use computers.
· Reach: Worker will occasionally reach overhead and under knee level to access parts.
· Vision: Worker must be able to see with normal or corrected vision.
· Talk/Hear: Worker must be able to communicate with other workers and customers.
*WORK ENVIRONMENT*
Primarily office environment with frequent trips to adjoining parts warehouse and service shop.
Phone and written communication with all branches and customers located throughout Oregon and Washington.
Little to no travel.
*Desired: *2 year previous parts experience
