Job Duration: 13-week renewable contract

Salary: $2,232-$2,604/week
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Tech to join our Radiology/Cardiology department in Burns, OR.
As an Ultrasound Tech, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound procedures following established protocols and guidelines.
Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Obtain and record patient history and relevant clinical data.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
Analyze ultrasound images and provide preliminary findings to physicians as needed.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans.
Ensure proper documentation of procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide excellent patient care, addressing their concerns and providing clear instructions.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited ultrasound technology program.
Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech.
Familiarity with ultrasound equipment and software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
COVID-19 vaccination required as per facility guidelines (Medical/Religious exemptions only).
