Required Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques and food safety requirements

general record keeping methods
Ability to read and write in English language.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES: Must possess Oregon Food handler's card within 30 days of appointment.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Previous cooking experience in an institutional or similar environment.
Possession of Oregon food handler's card at time of appointment.
Knowledge of basic computer skills, or ability to learn.
