12 year old mare - $3,500 (Prineville)

Lilly is a wonderful mare who is just a little too much for her current owner (who is brand new to horses).
Lilly has been a trail horse and has done a little arena work.
She is 12 years old and 15 hands.
Her legs are clean and she appears to be very sound.
She is not spooky at all.
You could easily make her into a rope horse, drill horse carrying flags, etc.
She likely would excel at heading down the trail at a regular basis, but also appears athletic enough to do whatever you throw her way.
Lilly has been sitting or a few months and will need a good couple of rides to get her out of pasture puff mode and into work mode.
Lilly is very kind & friendly.
She doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
That being said, she does do better with some clear expectations and boundaries.
Lilly is too much horse for a super beginner, but would likely be OK for an confident advanced beginner that is working with a trainer, or an intermediate to expert rider.
Lilly is likely not the right fit for a timid rider or a very new beginner.
$3,500 obo - the owners are motivated to sell so they can get something more appropriate for them to learn on.
