We have two grass fed and grain finished steers which were butchered January 25th Reserve your 1/2 or whole with $100 deposit.
Price is $5/lb hanging weight which includes all kill, processing, and wrapping charges.
Will be processed at Redmond Smokehouse according to your own preferences/instructions.
Carcass weights came out to 740 and 750 pounds so that makes a half come out to 370 lbs or 375 lbs depending on which you choose.
