We purchased this in September of last year from the original owner in central California.
He ordered it new and stored it inside his shop from day 1.
After purchasing it we started preparing it for spending the winter in Arizona by doing the following:
- New 14 ply tires from Les Schwab
- Full bearing pack and break adjustment
- Full onboard whole house water filtration system and water softener
- New inverter and batteries
- Brand new top of the line Wilderness RV King size mattress (Plush).
- New smart TV for bedroom.
- Removed RV furniture and installed our own chairs (they go with it, but are easily changed out to your liking.
Our last RV was a 2021 Grand Design, and it did not compare to the quality of this coach.
This is the top of the line, luxury model with real wood, residential refrigerator, hard surface counter tops throughout, cedar lined closet, washer and dryer hook-ups, huge front master bathroom, residential style shower, etc.

This is the hard to find dual bath model and it does have the bonus of having a 5500 Onan generator if you are looking for off grid camping.
Life got in the way and we decided to buy a place in Idaho, so this has been sitting at our property here in Prineville.
We've used it like a hotel, staying in it while working at the property, and it's been absolutely amazing, but are preparing to sell the property so need to sell it.
Have spent approximately 20-30 nights in it and it's been wonderful.
Incredibly clean, never smoked in or around, no synthetic fragrances used, no rodent problems ever.

As of right now, it is fully heated, and hooked up auto 50 amps.
