$1 / 2br - Looking to rent? ... A HINT FROM A LANDLORD! (Central Oregon)

I posted this ad recently and heard from a lot of folks who thanked me, so I thought I would run it again.
You might want to try posting an ad under "Housing Wanted".
Because the rental market in Central Oregon is so tight, I ALWAYS check the Housing Wanted section before posting an ad for a vacancy.
If you decide to do this, I suggest you put the town or towns you are interested in, how many people in your party, what kind of pets you have, what your price range is and when you want to move.
The more information the better! A picture is always nice, but not necessary.
:-) I don't know how many other landlords check the housing wanted ads but I'm guessing I'm not the only one and thought I would share my thoughts.
