Featured here, Lot #226, Pair of George III sterling Silver Three Light Candelabra on circular bases with ribbon-tied borders and stems.
The branches each terminate in faceted spool-shaped sockets with detachable nozzles.
The branches are removable and can be used as a pair of candlesticks.
The Candelabra are hallmarked on the base, IG &Co along with worn date code.
Produced in Sheffield in the early 1800s.
Hand holding flower engraved on the base is a crest for the original family that owned them.
They stand 18.
5” tall and the weight is 4,176 Grams for the pair.
